Dr. Oh received his Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. After having lived in Maryland for most of his life, he went to Pennsylvania to earn his medical degree from Penn State Hershey College of Medicine. He went on to complete his pediatric training at Penn State Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Oh lives in Baltimore with his wife and two sons. They love to go on walks, visit new playgrounds, and eat good food together.

Dr. Levine received her Bachelor's degree from Duke University and her medical degree from University of Maryland. She completed her medical training at Children's Hospital at Sinai in 2003 and joined the practice that same year. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Levine lives in Owings Mills with her husband and her two sons. She is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Dr. DeAngelis was born and raised in Lancaster, PA and completed undergraduate studies and medical school at Penn State University. After accepting a commission in the United States Air Force, he moved to Dayton, OH in 2015 when he was stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Dayton Children's Hospital in 2018 and was reassigned to Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA.

Dr. DeAngelis completed his US Air Force service commitment in 2022 and moved to Maryland with his wife, 4 sons and 1 daughter. Dr. DeAngelis' interests include reading, exploring nature, and learning.

Dr. Lieberman opened the private practice in July 2000 and retired in July, 2022 after serving children in Carroll County for 22 years.
