Welcome to the Pediatric Office of
Dr. Keun Hee Oh, Dr. Melissa Levine, and Dr. Nicholas DeAngelis.

We are a pediatric practice located in Westminster, Maryland, in Carroll County. Our philosophy of practice is to provide care to your children like we would want care provided to our own children. To us, this means a small practice environment that allows us to give your family personal attention. We pride ourselves in knowing your family and enjoy the long term relationships we build with you and your children from birth through high school graduation. Each stage brings all kinds of challenges and joys to each family. We are privileged to be a part of that. 

To provide that personal attention and ensure the best care for your child, all medical questions are reviewed and answered by Dr. Oh,  Dr. Levine, or Dr. DeAngelis. In addition, our practice uses an Electronic Health Record which includes a Patient Portal. This empowers you to have round-the- clock access to your child’s medical information and enhances our ability to communicate with our families.

Medication refills and well-visit appointment requests can be done at any time using the Patient Portal, and immunization records and growth charts can be viewed and printed from home. Additionally, the Portal allows secure messaging between our providers and our families.

Our practice feels strongly about the importance of vaccines, and we follow the American Academy of Pediatrics’ guidelines regarding immunization schedules and preventative services. Please see the link for details.
